The first resorts and slopes are expected to open between late November and early December 2026, depending on weather and snow conditions. The main ski areas generally remain open until early or mid-April, while some high-altitude slopes may extend the season into the following weeks.
Cortina offers about 120 kilometers of slopes spread across the Tofana, Faloria–Cristallo, and Lagazuoi–5 Torri areas, with runs suitable for beginners, families, and expert skiers.

Those returning to Cortina will be able to enjoy the projects and improvements carried out in preparation for the 2026 Winter Games.
Among the most recent additions is the Lacedel–Socrepes gondola, a modern 10-person gondola that makes access to the Tofane ski area faster and more comfortable. The gondola replaces two previous chairlifts and can transport up to 3,000 people per hour. Discover the new Lacedel–Socrepes gondola.
During the 2026–27 season, skiers will also be able to return to the famous Olympia delle Tofane, Cortina’s iconic slope that hosted the women’s alpine skiing events at Milano Cortina 2026 and continues to welcome the world’s top female athletes.
