When a request is submitted through cortinadampezzo.it, it is taken in charge by our Sales Team (IN srl – Tour Operator & DMC).

Each inquiry is carefully reviewed based on the information provided. Our Team will contact the client to gather any additional details necessary to craft a fully tailored proposal. The request is handled directly by our Team with a dedicated and personalized approach, ensuring direct and ongoing communication throughout the entire process.

Tailor-Made Proposals

Thanks to direct communication with each client, every proposal can be adapted to specific preferences and requirements. We design and organize experiences and activities year-round, allowing guests to enjoy Cortina in an authentic and comprehensive way.

Our experiences include:

Each proposal may include all the services required for a seamless and worry-free stay, such as:

  • Reservations at carefully selected partner hotels or private apartments
  • Private transfers locally and to/from airports, railway stations, or other destinations
  • Alpine guides, ski instructors, and other specialized professionals
  • Lift passes
  • Equipment rental
  • Reservations for food and wine experiences
  • On-site assistance and support throughout the stay

In addition, we organize a selection of exclusive experiences that cannot be booked independently. These are created in collaboration with carefully selected partners and are reserved for a limited number of guests, not open to the general public.

Payment and Assistance

Once all necessary information has been collected and the client has confirmed their interest, we proceed with checking availability with our partners and suppliers. A detailed proposal will then be sent by email, including a full summary of services, costs, and payment and cancellation terms. Upon confirmation, a deposit is required to secure the booking.

Payment may be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card through the FlyWire platform (3% processing fee applies)

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

The final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified. A few days before arrival, all operational details will be communicated (for example: contact information for the driver, alpine guide, or ski instructor, along with schedules and practical information).

Throughout the stay, a dedicated member of our Team will always be available for any need, request, or unforeseen matter, ensuring continuous assistance and personalized support.
