Dolomites Ronda is a multi-day hiking tour through the UNESCO Dolomites that combines iconic trails, ski lifts, and breathtaking views. Among the new highlights are Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Cinque Torri, and Lagazuoi.
The best way to truly experience the Dolomites is on foot. This is the philosophy behind Dolomites Ronda, the multi-day trekking project that allows travelers to explore some of the most spectacular landscapes of the UNESCO Dolomites through organized, flexible itineraries suitable for different experience levels.
Promoted by Dolomiti Supersummer together with ASI Reisen, the project offers a network of hut-to-hut hiking routes across Veneto, South Tyrol, and Trentino, combining panoramic trails, mountain lifts, luggage transportation, and stays in carefully selected accommodations. It represents a new way of experiencing the mountains in summer, designed for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Dolomites without facing extreme trekking conditions or complicated logistics.
Each day includes different route options — easy, intermediate, or alpine — allowing every hiker to choose the experience that best matches their abilities and travel style.
Thanks to the use of mountain lifts, hikers can easily reach higher altitudes while reducing the most demanding elevation gains, leaving more space to enjoy the walk itself, the breathtaking scenery, and the authentic mountain atmosphere. Dolomites Ronda offers a more contemporary, sustainable, and accessible approach to trekking, where adventure meets comfort and high-quality services.
One of the most exciting additions for summer 2026 is the expansion of Dolomites Ronda with a new itinerary — Dolomites Ronda 3 — crossing some of the most iconic areas of the Dolomites, including Cortina d’Ampezzo.
After completing the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo circuit, the trekking route reaches the Cortina valley, connecting Dobbiaco to Cortina through extraordinary Dolomite landscapes. From here, the itinerary continues across some of the most symbolic locations in the region: the Cinque Torri, with its open-air Great War sites, Lagazuoi and its historic Sentiero della Pace (Path of Peace), and the unspoiled scenery of the Natural Park of the Ampezzo Dolomites.
The stages around Cortina combine hiking, history, and alpine culture into an immersive experience that allows travelers to discover the heart of the UNESCO Dolomites in an authentic and engaging way.
