From August 27 to 29, 2026, Cortina d’Ampezzo will host the fourth edition of Cortina in Wellness, an event dedicated to promoting an active, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites.
For three days, the Queen of the Dolomites transforms into a vast open-air wellness hub where residents and visitors can take part in a wide range of free activities designed to enhance both physical and mental well-being, rediscovering the value of movement, prevention, and connection with nature.
Promoted by the Wellness Foundation, the non-profit organization founded by Nerio Alessandri, founder and president of Technogym, the initiative aims to spread the culture of wellness and help establish Cortina as an internationally recognized Wellness Destination.
Following the excitement of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Cortina in Wellness embraces one of the event’s most meaningful legacies: promoting health, movement, and quality of life as values accessible to everyone.
The initiative is part of a broader vision to create a lasting positive impact on the region, transforming sport and wellness into valuable resources for both residents and visitors.

Participation in the activities is free of charge, although advance booking is required for selected experiences and places are subject to availability.
