After reaching the renowned mountain pass with a private transfer, you can choose a tailor-made outdoor activity, such as a hiking excursion or a via ferrata, to immerse yourself in the magic of the Dolomites’ landscapes.

After your outdoor adventure, a private cooking class awaits in an exclusive mountain cabin, with a dedicated Chef just for you. Discover the secrets of Ladin cuisine as you prepare a traditional dish of your choice: casunziei, canederli, tirtlan, or spätzle.

Your culinary journey continues with a tasting of local cold cuts and cheeses or tirtlan, paired with a glass of wine, followed by the freshly cooked dish and a typical dessert.

After lunch, unwind in the cozy warmth of the cabin or soak up the sun on a deckchair with stunning mountain views, before your private transfer back to town. A one-of-a-kind experience that blends nature, tradition, and the authentic flavors of Cortina.

Your experience hour by hour

  • Arrival at Passo Giau with private transfer.
  • Departure for the outdoor adventure with an alpine guide: a hiking excursion, a via ferrata, or for the more adventurous… rock climbing. You choose!
  • Arrival at a charming private mountain chalet.
  • Welcome Aperitivo with a glass of wine and local appetizers.
  • Private cooking lesson with a local Chef, just for you. After this experience, the secrets of Ladin cuisine will be yours to keep!
  • At the table, enjoy the first course you prepared during the cooking class, followed by a traditional dessert.
  • After lunch, you will have time to relax and fully enjoy the atmosphere of the Dolomites. You can unwind on a deck chair or on the meadow in front of the mountain hut, with your gaze set on the majestic Mount Civetta.
