In the heart of the Ampezzo winter, as Cortina d’Ampezzo glows with festive lights, music takes center stage during one of the most anticipated evenings of the holiday season. The Christmas Concert of the Cortina d’Ampezzo Music Band is a must-attend event for those seeking a deeply moving and atmospheric experience.
The setting is the timeless Minor Basilica of Saints Filippo and Giacomo, located in the very center of Cortina and a symbol of the local community. For one evening, this historic church becomes a place of listening and shared emotion, where music envelops the audience in an intimate and solemn atmosphere.
Taking the stage will be the Cortina d’Ampezzo Wind Band, joined once again by the Accademia Tetracordo and the Veneto Philharmonic Choir, for a refined program that weaves together Christmas tradition, great music, and high-level choral interpretations.
